Safety Town is a fun and interactive way for four and five year old children to experience safety lessons in a way that is engaging and enjoyable! This program is offered free to the public.
This summer "SAFETY TOWN" will mark its 50th. season as an asset to the City of Hamilton and the Butler County area. Your child will be instructed in pedestrian, vehicle, school bus, dealing with strangers, gun safety, and fire safety.
We offer weekly lessons with classes beginning on Monday and ending on Friday. The sessions include classroom instruction and driving Kettcars in a simulated village at Safety Town. On Wednesday the children will take a school bus trip to the Fire Department and finish with a Graduation Ceremony on Friday.
Rain or Shine Safety Town is in session. If it is raining your child will go to Miami University, Hamilton Campus.
