SAFETY TOWNThe 2008 Safety Town is Finally Here!Dear Parent/Guardian: This summer SAFETY TOWN will mark its 36th season as an asset to the City of Hamilton and the Butler County area. Your child will be instructed in pedestrian, vehicle, school bus, dealing with strangers and fire safety. We offer weekly lessons with classes beginning on Monday and ending on Friday. The sessions include classroom instruction and driving Kettcars in a simulated village at Safety Town. On Wednesday the children will take a school bus trip to the Fire Department and finish with a Graduation Ceremony on Friday. Safety Town is offered to children ages 4 & 5 only. This year, the Greater Hamilton Safety Council and the Lindenwald Kiwanis will be sponsoring Safety Town and there will be NO REGISTRATION FEE. Please print registration form
Bring or mail the form to the Greater Hamilton Safety Council, 350 North Third Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011. Registration forms may also be picked-up at the McDonald's located on 4th & High Street in Hamilton or at the West Side location on N.W. Washington Blvd. Session hours are 10 a.m. till noon. There are only 36 openings for each session. Sessions assigned on a first come basis. Merrill Barrick, Manager
